Business Objective
Ford’s GoFast initiative is a part of Ford Connect program aiming at using AI and ML to help Ford move forward from a reactive model to a Proactive model. This meant using data models to predict anamolies and fault in their vehicles before they appear. This would mean huge savings in recalls and fixes/ repairs to vehicles in production.
Solution
Canary is a Data Visualization tool part of Ford’s GoFast initiative. Primary Users are Ford Engineers working in various Design / production teams. This platform helps analyze data coming in from thousands of Ford vehicles on the road. Data is transferred in realtime to data centers where Large Language models are used to analyze data. These data models give insights into emerging patterns and identify anomalies that help engineers trouble shoot and identify possible solutions before they turn into issues.
